For young people in Kazakhstan, sport is not only a path to physical development but also an opportunity to find themselves, discover their strengths, and gain confidence. However, not everyone immediately knows which sport is right for them. That's why the QASQYR-X project shares tips to help you make the right choice and begin your journey to becoming your athletic self.

The first thing to consider is your personality. Outgoing and energetic kids often find their niche in team sports like football, basketball, or volleyball. Those who value independence and self-control might try individual sports like boxing, track and field, or judo.

The second factor is physical fitness. If you have good endurance, running, cycling, or swimming might be a great choice. Strong arms and coordination might suggest trying wrestling, gymnastics, or tennis.

Don't forget about your interest. If a sport doesn't evoke emotion, you'll quickly lose motivation. Choose something you truly enjoy: perhaps it's extreme sports, fitness, the gym, or even CrossFit. Remember: no matter what you choose, the important thing is that it brings you joy, motivates you, and moves you forward. Sport isn't about breaking records, it's about achieving your best.
